Arlette Liberatore
Customer Service Manager
Arlette has a B.A. in Psychology from Rosemont College and has worked in customer service throughout her career.  She and the Customer Service staff are responsible for processing all memberships, subscriptions, conference registrations and book orders as well as responding to all customer inquiries.

 

 

Wendy Baylor
Customer Service Representative
Wendy has an A.S. in Business Management from Peirce College and has worked in customer service since 1999. As the receptionist, Wendy is the friendly smile that greets you when you visit SIAM offices.  She also assists with the processing of individual membership requests.

 

Victoria Hall
Customer Service Representative
Vicki has worked in Customer Service since 1970.  She is responsible for handling SIAM's customer service calls and various administrative duties.

 

Lillian Hunt
Customer Service Representative
Lillian has been with SIAM since 1987, first in the Conference Department and now in Customer Service Department.   She is responsible for processing conference registrations and SIAM News advertisements.

 

Camille Harris
Customer Service Representative
Camille has been a SIAM Customer Service Representative since summer of 2000. She is responsible for the processing of all book orders and returns from individuals, book stores and book agents along with answering questions or inquiries about SIAM book purchasing policies.

 

Sharena Harris
Customer Service Representative
Sharena has been a SIAM Customer Service Representative for more than three years.  She is responsible for all areas of individual membership including new applications, renewals and answering any membership questions or inquiries.
